Amp The Cause
Amp the Cause, formerly Concerts For Kids, was founded in 2004 by Christie and Walter Isenberg based on the belief that all children should be entitled to receive the best healthcare and quality education available. Initial efforts were focused on raising funds through an annual concert with funds raised to be donated to selected non-profit organizations such as Children's Hospital Colorado and Denver Public Schools. Today Amp the Cause helps to support over 50 child-focused organizations annually through its fundraising events and community service projects. These events include the Denver Day of Rock, Community Day, Holidays For Kids, and Celebrity Waiter. Since its inception, Amp the Cause has distributed over $4.2 million to its named partners in both monetary and in-kind donations.
