The building has two floors. In the ground floor, there is a three-spaced apartment and two studios. In the first floor, there is the residence of the owners.Boundless view to the sea (and the mountain) and fresh air complete the pleasant environment. The sunset is extremely enjoyable.The apartment (apartment for 7 persons) is 75 square metres and consists of 3 bedrooms, a big kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and a hall. There is a big balcony, 40 square metres, in front of the apartment. The two bedrooms have got wooden floors and the rest of the house is covered with marble.The two studios (one studio for 2 persons and one studio for 3 persons) have got a shared entrance and corridor. There is also a shared washing machine that can be used free of charge.
