Specialising in verbatim interview transcription, either for research bodies, students PhD interview transcription, focus group transcription, teleconference transcription, under caution interview transcription, webcast transcription and conference transcription. We are not a secretarial business providing audio typing of general correspondence and business data, but provide transcription of complex data. We work from digital, video, streaming audio/visual and analogue recordings (standard size cassette tapes only, no mini or micro cassette tapes). The team consists of 18 professional transcribers and works outside of normal office hours when a deadline needs to be met. UK based, using UK transcribers, never outsourcing to outside/offshore organisations. All our team have proven their skill set time through careful vetting of their abilities before they join us.
