Their dream was to move to warmer climes from Kansas City, where Elsasser based his career as a contractor and later insurance adjuster, and where Lisa teaches information technology.When the cigar shop in South Pasadena came up for sale, they jumped on it.“I love the South Pasadena, St Pete, Gulfport area,” Elsasser says. “It’s fantastic because it’s so laid back the weather is warm and the people are great talkers.”
