Blind Ambition Entertainment

The Company’s purpose, in the United Kingdom and abroad, is:

 

- to be engaged in all activities related to the cinema industry, more particularly to produce full and short length films, using any existing and future technical and artistic means;

 

- to be engaged in all activities related to the publishing of literary and musical works, all genres included; the production of entertainment media on all existing and future forms of supports; the production and edition of multimedia works (including video games, interactive CD-ROMs, etc) on all type of supports, and the marketing of these supports;

 

- the management of actors, authors, singers and musicians, the purchase and the sale of rights and literary and cinematographic commissions in the United Kingdom and abroad, broking operations related to the known activities;

 

- to set up, acquire, rent or manage all real estate or other assets and businesses, to lease, install and operate all structures, businesses, factories and workshops related to any of the purposes defined above;

 

- to obtain, acquire, operate or transfer all processes and patents related to any of the purposes defined above;

 

- to participate directly or indirectly in all transactions that may be related to any of the purposes defined above, through the creation of new companies or enterprises, the contribution, subscription or purchase of securities or corporate rights, acquisitions of interests, mergers, partnerships, or any other means;

 

- and, more generally, all industrial, commercial and financial transactions, or transactions involving movable or fixed assets, that may be related directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, to any of the aforementioned corporate purposes, or to any similar or related purposes, or to any and all purposes that may enhance or develop the business of Blind Ambition Entertainment Ltd.
