Cirdan Group started in 2003 to service a serious void in public sector regarding the application of best practices in project management. Causing harm to taxpayers as several IT projects failed very publicly.Our first client was State of Maryland performing an IV&V for an $80M IT project. Our efforts saved the state millions of dollars.With more than 30 IV&Vs since then, Cirdan Group has established its expertise in the project management space.
