Complete Kaizen, founded by Andrew Scotchmer, who has been referred to as a "renowned lean expert" by the American Society for Quality, began his consultancy practice last year in order to deliver high quality Kaizen/Lean training and seminars to business around the world.

Andrew Scotchmer is a fellow of the Royal Statistical Society and a full member of the International Institute for Business Analysis. Whilst studying with the Chartered Quality Institute, Andrew came into contact with lean and kaizen improvement methods and he has since received much interest in his thoughts and theories through his published writings, some of which have formed the basis of quality improvement programs in India.
Andrew's writings on kaizen, TQM and general management theory have been published in several countries including the UK, USA, South Africa and India and the American Society for Quality referred to him as a "renowned expert."
Last year, American author Bob Chalice invited Andrew to co-author the second edition of his book Improving Healthcare Using the Toyota Lean Production Method through the contribution of a chapter whilst his own book 5S Kaizen in 90 Minutes is to be published next year by Management Books 2000 Ltd and has already received much interest in several countries and across both the public and private sectors.
In a recent ‘Potenia Profile,’ conducted by RSM Potenia International Ltd, Andrew was described as a strategic thinker best suited for work involving “direction setting” and “policy formation,” “exploring new opportunities and directions” as well as “managing a business unit…specialist function or a discrete business or division.”
