Ashlye Anguiano is the founder and President of DASAA Investments and has 8 years of real

estate experience. Ms. Anguiano has underwritten over a billion dollars in multifamily

transactions, blanket single-family rentals, and has created waterfall distributions for mortgage

back and asset back securities. To-date Ms. Anguiano has raised over $900K in private money

funds, to help fund her real estate fix and flips throughout Southern California.

Additionally, in 2023, Ms. Anguiano was named Head of Acquisition for TEM Capital (a Tarek El

Moussa Company), where she has helped analyzed and reviewed the acquisition of 558 units

throughout the U.S, over 260,000 sqft of self-storage, and most recent project in North

Hollywood, CA, a ground-up development of 134 residential units.
