At this time, Gagan had given up all hope in his life and was at the brink of death. For many years he suffered from severe low self esteem, depression , anxiety and was in constant fear of the unknown. The guilt of the past and the lack of a purpose plagued him with misery and unhappiness. The suffering eventually lead him to being penniless and eventually homeless. With only a few cents left in his pocket and not being able to shake the feeling of hopelessness and despair he looked at his distorted reflection from a glass beer bottle and asked himself , is this it? Is this what my life is all about? Moments after asking himself this question, everything changed for him . . . .Feeling desolate, damned and deserted while sitting on a park bench, a stranger seemed to appear out of nowhere and sat down. The stranger, an elderly man, listened to the young man tell of his life’s grief then gently said, “You were born perfect.” After meeting Oscar, his mentor and friend, Gagan Grewal began his healing journey towards personal happiness, self worth and freedom from self. Today, this ‘student’ continues to pursuit self enlightenment through helping other people.
