ICE Business Improvements Ltd is a Training and Business Improvements Consultancy based in Staffordshire.

With strong backgrounds in Sales, Management and Call centres we specialise in tailored training solutions for SME’s predominantly in the local area.

We write bespoke courses for businesses covering Sales, Telesales, Customer Service and Management Training. With funding from the Learning Skills Council we can also offer NVQ’s up to Level 3 in Sales, Contact Centre, Customer Service and Business Administration, which are free to eligible candidates.

We can also advise and train in recruitment and interviewing skills, resource management, process and procedure management as well as offering one to one mentoring.

 

 ICE Business Improvements has been nearly 30 years in the making.

That’s the length of experience we have working for Blue Chip Organisations across a broad Industry spectrum, including Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Hotel & Catering, the Housing Industry and the Motor Trade to name a few. We’ve had roles in selling, managing, recruiting, training, hiring, firing and lots of other ‘ings.

We won’t tell you what to do or suggest that your processes are failing, take a large fee and then leave you to get on with the job.
