Since its foundation in 1996 the law office “INLAT PLUS” has been one of the most active and leading companies providing legal service in Latvia. The variety of the qualified legal services provided by the company will meet the most demanding requirements of its clients (legal and physical persons).

The Law office “INLAT PLUS” consists of several departments: the general legal department, department of immovable property and auditing department. Along with the legal consultations in our central office, several qualified specialists lead the legal departments of many considerable companies in Latvia, supplying these enterprises with continuous legal assistance.

The Law office “INLAT PLUS”, employees are experienced and qualified lawyers — experts in settling disputes (pre-trial disputes and disputes in court, disputes with state institutions), experts in drawing up different kinds of documents, legal assistance and foundation of companies, experts in transactions with immovable property, trade marks, financial and banking operations, as well as experts in insurance, customs, copyright and taxation law, certified accountant and auditing team. Law office “INLAT PLUS” is the author of such well recognized books in business society as “Samples of Eventual Contracts for Business and Commercial Activity”, “Transactions with Immovable Property” (in Latvian and in Russian), “Rental relations” and others (see Publications). These books summarize our experience in entrepreneurial transactions, including commercial transactions, transactions with immovable property, the book contains samples of different types of documents and also covers taxation issues. All books are drawn up basing on the existing practise and considering recent years' changes in legislation of the Republic of Latvia.
