"Dr. Jacobson is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and is Board-Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Dr. Jacobson combines expertise with compassionate, personalized care. Utilizing evidence-based practices with medication and non-pharmacologic approaches—including psychotherapy—speeds recovery and patients feel better faster. Dr. Jacobson’s treatment process is a two-way collaboration based on empathy and judgment-free care in a tailored mental health wellness plan.
