Vamos Paella was set up by Melissa in 2011. After years of living and travelling in Spain, we decided to become paella caterers in the UK. Our ethos is simple: to use the finest, fresh produce from local ethical suppliers. Our free range chickens come from family-run butchers and our seafood from our coast.
