PaveScapes Inc. was created by co-founders Steve Dalat (SanPac) and Eddie Guerrero (Millennium Construction). Eddie is the founder of Millennium Construction, one of Orange County’s premier Design and Landscaping companies, established in 2002. PaveScapes fills the void for homeowners who are looking to revamp their existing driveways, concrete, pool decks, patios, etc. without the tremendous expense.
