According to Southwest, small dogs may fly in the cabin beneath the seat on domestic flights for $95, so the pooch could have seen the Strip if it had wanted to. Dogs need to be transported in licensed pet carriers (available in plenty). Southwest, like many other U.S. airlines, admits only service animals and other types of service animals, but does not allow emotional support animals.
