My name is Judy Scott and the founder of Purrfect Creations.  Purrfect Creations is an Atlanta based boutique that specializes in the creation of fine, unique and unusual one of a kind jewelry.  After spending 29 years in corporate America, I have made the decision to retire and devote full time to designing unique hand made jewelry for the budget minded person in mind.  I use the best materials at the lowest cost.
