uchi Realty Holdings Limited is the realty arm of Ruchi Group of Industries. With over 20 years of building businesses in the oil and pulses sector to dairy and agro commodities power generation projects Mr. Manish Shahra embarked on his real estate journey in the year 2008.

The group is currently developing an estimated 7 million sq ft of prime real estate Indore with the largest land reserves across the country.
