The Gantry Restaurant & Bar is a celebration of Modern Australian cuisine. A captivating dining experience, framed against the backdrop of Sydney’s Harbour. With Executive Chef Joel Bickford at the realm, the menu is an exploration of playful flavour combinations and showcases the possibilities inherent in a single or handful of fresh ingredients. The team is very deserving of the hat they received at the 2017 Good Food Guide Awards. In addition to the a-la-carte menu, The Gantry serves a seven-course degustation menu. The Pre-Show menu also provides the perfect start to a magical evening out at the local Sydney Theatre Company or Opera House.
