The rpc Group of Companies consists of 4 divisions, rpc search and selection, rpc international recruitment, rpc interim and The Logistics Employment Network Ltd.Originally established in 1985 as Resource Planning Consultants, rpc search and selection specialises in filling key UK based management roles for leading organisations operating within the Logistics and Supply Chain sectors. Its sister business rpc international recruitment established in 2004 does exactly the same  on a worldwide basis but also handles international FM and Construction roles. rpc interim specialises in the growing market of supplying Interim Managers and ConsultantsHistorically biased towards Operational roles, all three rpc divisions are handling an increasing number of assignments in HR/Personnel, Purchasing, Logistics Support Services, Finance and Admin, Commercial, Business Development/Sales and Facilities Management.Our clients are drawn from the Retail, Mail Order, Wholesale, Automotive, Food Manufacturing and Foodservice, Express Parcels, Waste Management, Third Party Logistics, Distribution and Warehousing, Manufacturing, Military and Defence, Facilities Support, Consultancies and other Service sectors.We are a medium sized independent search and selection practice and intend to remain so.
