The purpose of the business is to buy and hold investment real estate.  We are looking for single family units at this time.  We are also looking for investment real that is already tenanted.  We prefer properties that have been on the market for sale for a minimum of six months; however, we will consider others.  We are also looking for small apartment blocks at this time, from four to twenty five units.  We are looking exclusively for seller financing.  We are looking for investment real estate within thirty minutes by car from Dagenham East underground station.  This is in London, England.
