TopProz, founded in 2019 by Hatim Naim, was created to establish a high-quality marketplace for a diverse range of services. In 2018, while managing Red Hat Plumbing, a newly established company, Mr. Naim gained firsthand insight into the challenges of running a service business. He observed inefficiencies in the industry, including inconsistent diagnoses from professionals that often led homeowners to pay for unnecessary services. Recognizing a significant gap in tools that could benefit both customers and service providers, he developed TopProz. This platform empowers homeowners to manage projects effectively while addressing the operational hurdles faced by service businesses today.
