Umbrella Company Net
If you work under a limited company, it dictates that your limited company is dependent on IR35 legislation in terms of being an “employee” or otherwise. However, if you instead work for a PAYE umbrella company such as Umbrella Company Net, you no longer have to be concerned about this IR35 legislation.
