Vamos Paella
We have been paella caterers since 2011, drawing inspiration from our many years living and traveling in Spain. Our ethos is simple: use delicious, ethically sourced local produce, cooked fresh. We obtain our free-range chickens from family-run butchers and our seafood directly from our coast. Our authentic Spanish ingredients are sourced from Brindisa in Borough Market, including cured meats like jamón, chorizo, salchichón, and lomo, as well as Manchego cheese, Calasparra rice, saffron, ñoras, pimentón dulce, and olive oil.
